Traverse City Youth Triathlon: June 6
The 2nd Annual Traverse City Youth Triathlon is a fun and challenging event. Young athletes swim, bike and run in this 3-event race that not only promotes fitness but improves your child's self confidence as they cross the finish line on their own.
A great introduction to the sport, TCYT offers a short swim in a lap pool, followed by a safe bike ride and run on a path. Youth triathletes will transition just like adults in secure T1/T2 areas. We strongly encourage friends and family to come cheer on these young competitors for one of the best spectator events of the season.
All events will be held at the Grand Traverse Civic Center in Traverse City, MI. Event proceeds will fund another automated external defibrillator for a local TCAPS facility.

Vineyard to Bay 25K: August 23
This 2nd annual event offers a full 25k run, a 2-person 15k/10k relay or a 5k Run/Walk. The race benefits both TART Trails and Suttons Bay Schools. $1000 in cash prizes plus age group and all-finishers awards will be presented.
This stunning course begins where the vineyards of the Leelanau Peninsula are closest to the heavens. Runners then take to the gently rolling terrain on the Leelanau Trail. A magnificent view of Grand Traverse Bay awaits as you descend towards its pristine blue waters. With six vineyards bursting with late season grapes, you are given a glimpse of what the Wine Trail of Leelanau County is all about. The final destination, the unique coastal village of Suttons Bay, rewards your completed journey through what many truly believe is God's country.
